Providing drafting services for architectural, structural, and engineering firms.  Other clients include contractors, real estate agents, suppliers, and residential property owners.

Oversee projects from schematic design phase to throughout the construction phase . Duties consisting of producing drawings, soliciting bids, selecting finishes, and working closely with contractors and developers.

Perform site visits to obtain measurements and access existing conditions of the building. Create new construction documents and assist with permitting.

Research the existing status of the property to determine its eligibility for the National Preservation Registry. Work closely with the board to obtain approval of design. 

Provide clients with a feasibility study to determine the amount of rooms or units that can fit into a building space, or to show the client multiple ways a space can be used.

Provide images so that customers can visualize for the appliances and finishes within their space.
