 We work closely with the state historical preservation office to provide detailed drawings that represent the physical and historical characteristics of a building or site.  We also work with clients to fill out neccessary forms needed for approval.

We study your lot and building space to determine the amount of rooms/units/buildings can fit and/or multiple ways the space can be laid out
